Payment & Cancellation Policy

Kudzu Art Zone, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any event with 48 hour notice. In the event Kudzu Art Zone cancels an event, fees paid will be refunded in full.

Policy for regular recurring classes: If a participant cancels, he or she will receive a full refund if Kudzu Art Zone, Inc. receives written notice of the cancellation at least seven (7) days prior to the beginning of the event. Note: Some events may have a special cancellation policy that will be stated in the registration materials.

Policy for Signature Workshops:  Registration is based on availability and first come / first serve basis.   A $100.00 deposit is required to reserve a space for the special workshops and is non-refundable if you cancel 60 days or less prior to the workshop.    We are aware of last minute changes and emergencies, however there is NO refund or transfer for any reason after the 60 day period.   We recommend you purchase cancellation insurance to avoid this problem.

This policy is necessary due to early commitments and expense by Kudzu to provide you these workshops.   We have to pay for the workshop, air fair and per daily expenses  whether you show up or not.  Most special workshops are booked by Kudzu a year or more in advance.

Payment of deposit is due are registration to hold your place.
The balance of 1/3 is due 90 days out  1/3 60 days out and the balance 30 days prior to he workshop.



Cancellations for all workshops must be in writing and received by the Kudzu Art Zone, Inc before the two week cut-off date for the workshop. Emails are not accepted. Cancellations for Year-round Classes and Workshops are accepted up to 7-14  days before the first day of class for a 15% fee. There are no refunds after the cut-off date.

Refund Policy

There are absolutely no refunds after workshop cut-off date for any reason. Kudzu Art Zone is not responsible for providing make-ups or issuing refunds, credits or transfers for workshop sessions missed as a result of illnesses, emergencies or other events beyond our control. Students will receive a full tuition refund only in the event that the Arts Center cancels a workshop.

Gallery Hours

Kudzu Art Zone’s current gallery hours are 11:00 am to 4:00 pm on Fridays and Saturdays.


Kudzu Art Zone’s building is handicap and wheelchair accessible.


Free additional parking is available across the street.


All events must be approved by the Board of Trustees.


Kudzu Art Zone offers rental of space for events in our 116 Carlyle Street facility.
